Working at CIRADD means contributing to the growth of rural communities through action in the field within a framework of territorial development-related transfer activities and research in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. It also means contributing to the education of college students and the enduring presence of innovative practices in our organisations and communities.

Implementing a multi-disciplinary approach, CIRADD has built a team that includes research professionals and project leaders active in a range of fields as well as management and support staff. Banking on its closest associates – its employees, CIRADD endeavours to maintain a family spirit in a dynamic, flexible and motivating work environment that fosters creation and innovation.
