Applied research
Central to CIRADD activities, its applied research projects aim to create and transfer knowledge, tools and practices for the benefit of organisations, enterprises and communities. These projects regularly involve students enrolled at the Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles. Addressing problems in a range of fields, these projects are always connected to sustainable development.
To submit an applied research project to CIRADD, please send us a completed project submission form.

Knowledge transfer activities
CIRADD organises numerous activities every year. Notably, it arranges several conferences and training activities connected to various aspects of sustainable development.
In addition, the annual CIRADD scientific symposium is a very popular event in the Chaleur Bay area. Headed by final-year natural science and social science students, it takes place at the Carleton-sur-Mer Campus at the end of the Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles winter term, around mid-May.
