More than 200 interviews were conducted with Gaspésiens and Madelinots from all parts of the territory living in situations of poverty and exclusion. In full confidentiality, in a framework allowing them to remain anonymous, the interviewees have described their reality and touched on sensitive or even taboo topics. Monologues have been written from these exchanges.

By using their own words, these texts allow us to enter the daily lives of these people, who usually remain in the shadows. These monologues will be presented for the first time on stage, by citizens of the region sensitive to issues of poverty and exclusion. It is a way of giving voice to those who live in situations of poverty and exclusion, and thus better know the reality of hundreds of people in our region.
