Municipalities, MRCs and regional organizations working on the theme of housing have found that they are poorly equipped to respond adequately to these issues. The lack of data, both qualitative and quantitative, on themes specific to GÎM, has revealed the need for the GRLC and its partners to equip themselves and the region with a current portrait anchored in the regional reality.
The GRLC and its partners emphasized the importance of the fact that the project created a user-friendly and practical tool for regional stakeholders, including municipalities and MRCs, who are at the heart of housing policy implementation.
