Esteban has a broad background in project management and development, which has enabled him to get to know the realities of rural communities. His desire to develop the territory in a sustainable way has led him to carry out studies in regional development and to develop expertise on the adaptation to climate change and its integration into the decision-making processes of coastal communities, as well as the mobilization and transfer of knowledge.
